Bigger Challenges : Biggest Opportunities

– Kailash Neupane, Founder & Group CEO KAi initiative Group

“The bigger problem is coming nearby us. Climate change, deforestation & environmental degradation is  reducing agricultural production. The billions of farmers worldwide will be more affected by this. It is being and will be next biggest factors of poverty increment.” My this forecast and appeal is based on following data:

Approximately 3.4 billion people – or 45% of the world’s population – live in rural areas. Roughly 2 billion people (26.7% of the world population) derive their livelihoods from agriculture. In 2016, an estimated 57% of people in Africa were living in rural areas.(Data Source: Global Agriculture)

When farmers will stop to get better result from their cultivation, world will move toward more hunger & poverty.

According to the most recent estimates, in 2015, 10 percent of the world’s population or 734 million people lived on less than $1.90 a day. (Data source: World Bank). If we don’t act good in right time, later it will be more late. This data of 2015 will increase more than we can imagine. We need to think about this and action to reduce pollution and plant trees as much as possible.

Now every entrepreneur, innovators, investors, policymakers and Activist have bigger challenges to solve these issues in a sustainable way. In other hand we all have the biggest opportunities if we became part of solution. Let’s start now from our place, whatever we can do for better environment which leads us towards better world.

I believe together we can create a better world.
