Karina Karagaeva <\/span><\/span>is a certified<\/span> corporate trainer from the Management and Strategy Institute, Downingtown, USA. She has already experienced in many multinational companies like IBM, Apple Inc., Xerox, Raiffeisen bank, VMware, BOSCH. She has more than 2500 hours of training for cross-functional teams, medium and high level management in multicultural environment in several countries.<\/span><\/p>\n

She joins KAii Group as Member of Management and Advisory Board with the motive  <\/span><\/span>to help as many human beings as possible to become aware of their mindset and how it affects their everyday lives. <\/span><\/p>\n

What is something industry have to deal with that you want to fix? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

People need to embrace uncertainty and feel comfortable with it. Managers and entrepreneurs should deal with anxiety and frustration from all that’s happening. I want to support them reduce negative feelings and learn how to connect with their inner peace and wisdom to overcome everything that is served to them.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I am a certified corporate trainer from the Management and Strategy Institute, Downingtown, USA. My experience in the professional training industry includes working for companies like IBM, Apple Inc., Xerox, Raiffeisenbank, VMware, BOSCH.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I develop my own methodology for mindset transformation and decision making skills improvement which is called Mindset Design. So I’m also a Mindset Designer.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I have more than 2500 hours of training for cross-functional teams, medium and high level management in multicultural environment in several countries. I have extensive experience in entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship. I help companies build a strong organizational culture from on a very early stage, but also to make the desired transformation on a more mature stage of their development. My education is in Economics, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and I successfully completed training for entrepreneurs at the Founders Institute, London. In addition, of that, I have certificates in Conscious Business Modeling, Design Thinking, Neuroscience and Neuroplasticity. I am a lecturer at various business forums and TEDx presenter.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The combination of strong corporate background and entrepreneurship gives me multiple perspectives on business and enables me to come up with creative solutions to common problems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
