Our seeds <\/h3>\r\n

Kailash Neupane initiated a movement called \u201cChildren in trouble in Nepal (CITIN)\u201d . He supports thousands of children of rural areas and street children in their education. He mobilized hundreds of volunteers to collected old books and build libraries, as well as to provide guidance and motivation coaching to those children.<\/p>\n <\/i><\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Aava, a positive light <\/h3>\r\n

Kailash realized that to build a sustainable society the socioeconomic development was an important requirement. For that he registered AAVA GROUP in Nepal with the mission to created startups and social initiatives which can make a positive impact in the society. He mobilized hundreds of people for that cause.<\/p>\n <\/i><\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Dreaming in the inclusion <\/h3>\r\n

Aina Barca, visited Nepal for first time, and she came to know the dare situation that intellectual disabled children were facing. When she came back to her birth town, Barcelona, she decides to register the NGO \u201cFamilia de Hetauda\u201d to raise funds for those disabled kids.<\/p>\n <\/i><\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Asha, the strength of hope <\/h3>\r\n

Aina establishes the Asha Special School, a pioneer school of special needs in Hetauda (the south of Nepal). Later on, she also starts the Asha Vocational Training, the Asha Rehabilitation Center and the Asha Hostel, with the aim to provide full services for the disabled people.<\/p>\n <\/i><\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Rise and falls <\/h3>\r\n

With the rise and falls, Kailash and his team start realizing that they should support other's startups and projects instead of only focusing in their own. For that, AAVA GROUP start to provides suport and mentoring to startups of Nepal which can create a positive impact in the society. <\/p>\n <\/i><\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

The startup Mela <\/h3>\r\n

AAVA GROUP, together with Nepal Government and European partners, organized the Startup Mella, the first summit in Nepal which promotes the startups. The success of summit, with thousands of visitors and participants, gave a new direction for the startup ecosystem in Nepal.<\/p>\n <\/i><\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

One initiative for all <\/h3>\r\n

Kailash starts to create the concept of KAi initiative in Bulgaria with the aim to contribute in socioeconomic development by creating and sharing opportunities, technology, knowledge, investment, capital and resources between developed countries and developing\u2014underdeveloped countries.<\/p>\n <\/i><\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Synergies <\/h3>\r\n

Aina starts directing the course \u201cCreation of social projects and NGO management\u201d at the University of Barcelona. During the course Kailash joins as a professor of venture development, innovation and strategy. Thereafter, he also starts contributing in the management and implementation of the course, creating synergies with Aina. <\/p>\n <\/i><\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

The uniting point <\/h3>\r\n

Kailash and Aina realized how powerful their synergies were, so they decide to join their efforts and work together. They registered Kai initative Group in Nepal with the purpose to create a better world with peace, prosperity, inclusion and positivism. Now after, AAVA GROUP became a center startups and SMEs, under the umbrella of KAii Group.<\/p>\n <\/i><\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Yes to hope <\/h3>\r\n

Aina and Kailash registered the Si Asha Foundation to run the Asha Special School and the other services according to Nepalese framework as well as to expand it in more parts of the country. Si Asha Foundation is the social action of KAii Group to promote the education and the inclusion for the disabled, the women and the marginalized groups.<\/p>\n <\/i><\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

In 2020, during the pandemic that affected the world, the KAii Group decided to expand rapidly with the aim to serve the people and planet, creating innovative solutions during the times of global uncertainty. For that, KAi initative Group was incorporated in Ireland, establishing there a central point from which to weave connections worldwide.<\/p>\n <\/i><\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
